The wim hof method is awesome.. just don't make a habit out of it.. I'll emphasize that later.
You can skip the backstory.
There was a man in the Netherlands, who's wife committed suicide. He later wandered into the ice in desperation and came back with higher than average powers. I wish to say supernatural, but i have very high standards for this word.
As a stunt, he submerged himself in a locked tank of freezing water for 20 minutes. No breathing. I think it is also on YouTube i have definitely seen it.
He swims in frozen lakes everyday day, a normal human has two minutes to get out before they die. And so on... He is dubbed the ice man.
***IMPORTANT....DO NOT MAKE A DAILY HABIT OUT OF THIS... IT WILL SHORTEN YOUR LIFE IN THE LONG RUN****HE IS NOT A YOGI HE JUST DISCOVERED SOMETHING***
Just try it a couple of times, and try what i tried to get to my daily kriya. It (wim hof) shortens your life because of the fast full inhalations and exhalations. That part is important only intitially... After the hack, I've been able to get much more intense effects than the wim hof methods, WITH JUST ONE BREATH! And then i have to wait to recharge before i can take another similar breath. I did find away to recharge with every breath... So no need to wait. But i don't use it much. For some fucking reason.
So....
Get in a cold room... Do the fast breathing...
This is where it gets interesting...
When you do the full exhalation... Hold it and enjoy utter peace. For as long as you are comfortable. Actually, for as long as you CAN, THE NEXT STEP WORKS BETTER THAT WAY. You have no need to breathe now. And For some reason, you also have no need to think.
The hack comes in when you feel the need to breath again. And is actually the only step i use... Just the wim hof makes your body very sensitive to notice these things in a weak form.

But when you do... First then is you fill your belly. Like breath in while filling your stomach as much as you can...
It will get intense at this stage. So if you can...
You hold.. like close the breath while its still in.
And then push the breath as far far down as you can, still with a closed pipe. You may need your spine to be slightly arched backwards for this.
Push down and. If you do it right... You're fucked. Welcome to kriya.
You may wanna do it sitting down. Standing up works better for the hack.. but if you do it right, everything will go black and you will fall on your face. And your arms won't take orders from you to protect your face.
After a few months i stopped falling. But i do shake uncontrollably some times...
When you get good, you will only need the last of the three steps...the one full inhalation done right. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A HABIT OUT OF THE ORIGINAL WIM HOF I WANT YOU TO LIVE A LONG HAPPY LIFE.
